John Balliew has worked at El Paso Water for 36 years. He is a registered professional engineer and currently leads all aspects of water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater services for the utility.

Raymond Telles has served as the head of the Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority in El Paso for over a decade. He is a former assistant attorney for the City of El Paso.

Jesus Reyes was raised in Canutillo and attended UTEP. He is a former Chief Deputy in the El Paso Sheriff's Department and small business owner. Jesus has served on numerous local committees, including the El Paso County Parks Board.

Marty Boyd is a graduate of UTEP and NMSU. She has experience in traffic engineering, land development, and transportation planning. Marty has served on many regional advisory committees and is currently a member of the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization's Transportation Project Advisory Committee.

Bobby Gonzales is the principal-in-charge for Quantum Engineering Consultants, Inc. He is a Civil Engineer and a graduate of UTEP. Bobby serves on the City of El Paso's Bicycle Advisory Committee and TxDOT's Bicycle Advisory Committee.

Ted Marquez is a longtime resident of El Paso and graduate of UTEP. He has worked to improve the quality of life in El Paso throughout his career in public works. Ted has been named the Transportation Manager of the Year by the American Public Works Association.

Marybeth Stevens is an experienced lawyer, consultant, and executive for organizations throughout North and Central America. She is an avid cyclist. Marybeth has served as the Chair of the Board for the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and taught at UTEP.
