The Texas A&M Forestry Service awarded Eco El Paso and City of El Paso with $20,000 in funding to plant trees throughout the Segundo Barrio.

On Saturday, April 27th, the Paso del Norte Trail hosted Celebrate Trails Day: Planting Roots with the Community on the Playa Drain Trail.

23 students and Collegiate Double T members participated in a large-scale clean-up of the Playa Drain Trail during UTEP's Project Move.

More than 50 individuals laced up their walking shoes & grabbed their dog(s) leash for a pawsitive fun walk along the Paso del Norte Trail.

In partnership with Eco El Paso, PdN Trail organization has been working on implementing Safe Routes to Parks in El Paso.

7 wayfinding signs were installed within the Thomas Manor Neighborhood. These signs orient people who live in the neighborhood to the trail.

The Independence Trail is a 14-foot wide asphalt trail that provides a recreational space for local residents.

TWDB announced on Sept. 3, 2020 the recipients of its annual Texas Rain Catcher Award. The Playa Drain Trail was with an Honorable Mention.

Through partnership with TxDOT and the Irrigation District we completed a trail segment from Presa Pl. and Alameda Ave. to Loop 375!
